Tim O'Brien

Tim O'Brien is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales operations and marketing within the engineering and construction equipment sectors. Currently serving as the Sales Operations Manager at Harnish Group Inc. since May 2022, Tim previously held key roles at Parker Hannifin, managing international sales and network partner relationships as an Application Engineer. Tim's experience also includes a tenure as Marketing Manager at CNH Industrial, overseeing marketing for several major brands, and a long career at Caterpillar Inc., where responsibilities ranged from Parts Marketing Product Manager to Senior Area Sales & Development Representative. Tim holds an MBA in International Business from Bradley University and a BS in Marketing and Finance from Miami University.
