Winston Stith

Winston Stith currently serves as a Regional Advisor for the NCAA since November 2023, following a diverse career that spans several sectors. As the Owner of The Cory Group, LLC since January 2009, Winston has led a range of projects, including a $200k grounds improvement project for The Healthcore Clinic. In addition to business ventures, Winston is engaged in public speaking and mentoring, drawing from extensive life experiences and international travel as a Toastmaster qualified speaker. Other roles include serving as a personal trainer and coach, along with his tenure as a basketball official and trainer from 2007 to 2012. Since August 1997, Winston has been active in real estate sales as an expert in residential homes and investment properties with Berkshire Hathaway PenFed Realty. Winston’s earlier career includes military service in the United States Air Force from November 1982 to June 1995, working as an Aircraft Performance Analyst and Computer Database Manager. Educational background includes studies at Southwestern College, Butler County Community College, and the Career College of the Air Force.
