Matt Coe is an experienced project manager currently working at NCC Group since September 2022. Prior to this role, Matt served at the General Medical Council for two decades, progressing from Helpdesk Engineer to Helpdesk Supervisor, then to IS Service Manager, and finally to IS Project Delivery Manager. In the latter position, Matt was responsible for managing simultaneous projects across technical, accommodation, and business streams, ensuring smooth transitions of IT projects into operational services, and providing guidance to project managers. As IS Service Manager, Matt oversaw the delivery of IS services to various stakeholders, including the management of a 24/7 IS Service Desk and overseeing multiple third-party contracts.
