Anders Blankholm

Anders Blankholm is an experienced IT leader currently serving as the Head of IT Competence Centers at NCC since August 2020, responsible for the strategy, management, and execution of IT Competence Centers, including financial and people management. Previously, as IT Competence Manager at NCC, Anders oversaw personnel across various IT units and focused on resource and competence management. Additionally, Anders held roles at Gebr. Heinemann as Business Support Manager, where responsibilities included improving business processes, and as Strategic Planner, focusing on business development in partnership with IT and Staff Planning. Earlier experience includes freight forwarding roles at Greenwave Consolidators and Vanguard Logistics Services, handling import and export operations. Anders holds an (AP) Degree in Leadership & Management from Copenhagen Business Academy and additional qualifications from Erhvervsakademi Aarhus and Aarhus Business College.
