Annika Backman

Annika Backman is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial control and accounting. Since March 2022, Annika has served as Head of Group Financial Control & Tax at NCC. Prior to this role, Annika held the position of Group Head of Financial Control at Bonava from August 2018 to March 2022. Annika's career includes significant experience at PwC Sweden from May 2015 to August 2018 as a Consultant in Accounting Consulting Services, and previously as an Authorized Public Accountant and Auditor from January 2007 to August 2018. Annika began a career in finance with a summer internship at Gambro Strategic Development in 2006, following a role as Project Manager for Corporate and Alumni Relations at the Stockholm School of Economics in 2005. Annika earned a Master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the Stockholm School of Economics, having studied at the University of Florida from 2000 to 2002.
