Daniel Nyhlén

Daniel Nyhlén is an experienced IT Service Owner currently with NCC since February 2023, focusing on HR and Commercial tools and managing 50+ applications across various stages of system lifecycle management. Prior to this role, Daniel spent nearly a decade at H&M, serving as a Product Owner for workforce management solutions and managing the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Identity and Access management as a Project Manager. As a Team Lead, Daniel was responsible for roles and authorizations within the H&M Flow program. Earlier experiences include roles at IBM as a Senior SAP Consultant, leading integration teams for projects at the Swedish armed forces, and serving as an SAP Consultant at Accenture with a focus on security and logistics for Ericsson. Daniel began a career in logistics and distribution at FDS UK Ltd, where responsibilities included project leadership and management across multiple international locations. Daniel holds a Master’s Degree in Computer and Systems Science from Stockholm University.
