Jessica Hellner serves as the Head of Legal for the Business Area Infrastructure at NCC Sverige AB since November 2017, having previously held the same title at NCC since August 2016. In this role, Jessica is responsible for overseeing all legal matters within the Nordic business area, focusing on compliance, major contracts, joint ventures, competition law, procurement, and GDPR. Prior to this, Jessica held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Vattenfall from 2005 to 2016, where responsibilities included providing legal support for onshore wind power projects and corporate governance. Additional experience includes roles at Lotteriinspektionen and Länsrätten i Jönköpings län. Jessica holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Lund University, earned in 2002.
