Katrin Sandström

Katrin Sandström is the Head of HR for NCC Building Sweden and serves as HR Country Manager for NCC Sweden. They have extensive experience in human resources, having held roles such as Personalchef at NCC Teknik and HR Manager at NCC. Previously, Katrin worked as an HR Business Partner at NCC Construction and as an Utbildningsledare at Siab. They hold degrees in Human Resources Management and Applied Psychology from Stockholm University and Uppsala University.
