Kayleigh Smith

Kayleigh Smith is currently the Leader for Environment and Sustainability at NCC, a role they began in 2024. Previously, they served as an Environmental Consultant and BREEAM assessor at Sweco from 2015 to 2021, and as a Project Engineer and Economist at AF Gruppen from 2011 to 2013, where they contributed to the construction of a 23,000 sq. ft. office building that achieved LEED Gold Certification. Kayleigh holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Griffith University, where they graduated with High Distinction, and a Bachelor's degree in Building/Construction Finishing, Management, and Inspection from Oslo and Akershus University College.
