Martin Welbert

Martin Welbert is a skilled construction engineer currently serving as Gruppchef Konstruktion Syd/Väst at NCC. With extensive experience in leading complex residential and office projects, Martin has spent nine years as a department head, managing teams of up to 25 individuals and overseeing responsibilities related to personnel, budgeting, and marketing. Previously, Martin worked at Scandiaconsult Sverige AB, Ramboll, and Tyréns AB in various engineering and leadership roles. Martin holds a Högskoleingenjör in Structural Engineering from Malmö Tekniska Högskola and a Civilingenjörsexamen in Civil Engineering from Lunds tekniska högskola, complemented by certifications in negotiation, leadership, and communication.
