Michael Edwards Pedersen serves as the Digital Business Development Manager at NCC since April 2011, focusing on digital idea development and optimization of construction processes across all phases. Responsibilities include tailoring, facilitating, and implementing digital development projects at both the NCC Group level and in local processes within NCC Denmark, as well as managing AI initiatives. Prior roles include serving as Chef-VDC-koordinator and IKT-leder, where Michael implemented the Stanford/CIFE VDC concept at NCC and mentored participants in NCC's VDC certification program. Michael has a comprehensive background in architecture and technical design, with previous positions at CONST.dk, Arkitektfirmaet Jakobsen Szöts, Graphisoft.dk, and tnt arkitekter. Educational qualifications include a VDC certification from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s in Constructing Architecture from KEA, complemented by multiple technical and artistic certifications. Currently enrolled in a project development and implementation course at Promentum Academy.
