Michael Speiser

Michael Speiser is a seasoned professional in project and portfolio management with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Projektspecialist at Aalborg Energie Technik a/s since December 2022, Michael designs advanced cloud solutions for enterprise management. As Planlægger at NCC since February 2020, Michael has established a standardized project environment for project leaders. Additionally, at eurodan-huse as, since May 2016 as Projektleder, Michael has developed project management practices using MS-Project/Project Online and provided training and materials to project managers throughout Denmark. Previous roles include planning efforts at Københavns Universitet and Projectum, which Michael founded, making it Denmark's largest Microsoft project and portfolio company. Michael’s background in project management is complemented by a degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Copenhagen University College of Engineering, completed in 2006.
