Sari Arolinna

Sari Arolinna is a Human Resource Development Manager at NCC, where they have been contributing since 2025. Previously, Sari co-founded the Children's Parliament of the World and served as the Secretary General from 1997 to 2000, leading international assemblies to amplify children's voices. Sari held various leadership roles, including Division Manager of Counselling and Crisis Help at HelsinkiMissio from 2013 to 2016 and Team Manager at Ramboll between 2019 and 2020. With a Master's Degree in Administration and Organizational Studies from the University of Helsinki, Sari’s diverse experience includes roles as a grants officer and team leader at Raha-automaattiyhdistys, RAY, and significant duties as a flight attendant with Finnair for over a decade.
