Saywan Arya

Saywan Arya is an experienced professional in construction and operational development, currently serving as the Procurement and Operational Development Manager at NCC since December 2015. Responsibilities include quality assurance and control, project scheduling, quantity surveying, cost tracking, and environmental management. Previous roles at NCC PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT Oy involved researching development opportunities, while prior experiences as a co-founder at eleXcode and a project engineer at Rapp Valvontakonsultit Oy included project management, tender negotiations, and contract drafting. Saywan holds a Master of Science in Construction and Real Estate Management from HTW Berlin and has completed studies at Helsinki Polytechnic and Satakunta University.
