Simon Westergaard serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Legal for the Building Nordics business area at NCC since November 2013. Previously, Simon held various legal positions, including Juridisk Chef and Attorney at Law at Sjælsø Gruppen A/S from October 2010 to September 2013, where commercial acumen and legal feasibility were key strengths. Prior experience includes legal roles at Lund Elmer Sandager, specializing in commercial and company law, and at Advokatfirmaet Hessner as an Assistant Attorney. Simon's educational background features advanced management and leadership programs at IMD and Stockholm School of Economics, alongside a law master's degree from the University of Copenhagen.
