Tim Lyne is an internationally experienced Senior Contract and Commercial Manager currently overseeing a major hospital project at NCC. With a background that includes positions at STRABAG and ZÜBLIN A/S, Tim has managed high-profile construction projects, such as the DKK 1.5 billion development for Carlsberg Byen and the DKK 21.3 billion Cityringen metro extension. Tim holds a BSc Hons in Construction Management from The Nottingham Trent University, where they graduated with first-class honors. Tim's comprehensive expertise encompasses contract management, project coordination, and commercial consultancy across various international markets.
