Tomas Elfving

Tomas Elfving has over 25 years of work experience in various roles related to IT architecture and consulting. Tomas has served as the Head of I&T Strategy & Enterprise Architecture at NCC since 2013. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant/Enterprise architect at Arbetsförmedlingen from 2012 to 2013. From 2007 to 2013, they were an Enterprise Architect and partner at Heimore Group AB, specializing in IT transformation processes. Tomas also worked as a Consultant/Lead Architect at Logica from 2010 to 2012 and at PostNord AB from 2007 to 2010. In addition, they served as a System Architect at Creuna from 2005 to 2007 and as the CTO and founder at HallbergHöög Interactive AB from 2004 to 2005. Tomas was the CTO at Framfab from 1999 to 2004 and began their career as a System architect at Softronic AB from 1995 to 1999.

Tomas Elfving obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Växjö University in 1993. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Hertfordshire from 1992 to 1993, also majoring in Computer Science.
