Viyan Schwech has extensive experience in business control and project management, currently serving as the Head of Business Control at NCC since February 2018, where previous roles included Division Controller and Business Controller within the Division of Civil Engineering. Prior to NCC, Viyan held positions at Svevia from December 2011 to February 2018 as a Business Controller and Project Manager, and from 2007 to 2010 as a Site Manager. Viyan holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources and Industrial Management from Växjö University, earned from 2002 to 2006.
