Mina Larson

Chief Executive Officer

Mina Larson has a diverse professional background, beginning with a role as a Law Clerk at Mastagni, Holdstedt, et al from 1992 to 1994. Following that, Mina served as Assistant Director of Communications in the Office of the Speaker at the California State Assembly from 1994 to 1996, and as Assistant Communications Director and Assistant to the Governor for the State of California from 1996 to 1998. In the following years, Mina held positions including Director of Public, Professional and Regulatory Affairs and Deputy Executive Director at the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from 2003 to 2012. Currently, Mina serves as Chief Executive Officer at the NCCAOM since 2019. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from California State University-Sacramento and two advanced degrees, a Master of Science and an MBA, from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
