Nancy Smith is a seasoned professional in learning experience management and content development, currently serving as Senior Learning Experience Manager at NCCER since August 2023. Prior to this, Nancy held various leadership positions at Ceridian from May 2012 to June 2023, including Director of Learning Content Development, where Nancy defined strategic training initiatives for the Dayforce product and managed a team of over 20 professionals. Nancy's extensive experience also encompasses roles at Vitera Healthcare Solutions, where Nancy led training development for numerous product releases, and prior positions in consultancy and technical writing, showcasing a diverse skill set in instructional design, project management, and team leadership. Nancy holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Florida, earned between 1984 and 1989.
