Sean Ray

Sean Ray, MCAPM CM-Lean, serves as the Vice President of Craft Workforce Development at Sundt Construction. Following service in the United States Navy from 1990 to 1993 as a Sonar Technician, Sean entered the construction industry in 1994, progressing through roles from Pipefitter's Helper to Journeyman Pipefitter, and later into management positions such as Construction Manager and Operations Manager. Sean has held several key roles, including Corporate Quality Assurance Manager and Craft Training Manager. With qualifications as a Master Certified Project Manager from Villanova University and certifications from NCCER, Sean also contributes as a member of the Board of Trustees for NCCER.
