Tony John has extensive experience in the field of psychology and human resources, currently serving as a Psychometrician at the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) since September 2017. Prior to this role, Tony worked as an HR Consultant with OPM from January 2010 to September 2017. Tony holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Missouri State University, obtained between 2007 and 2009, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University, earned from 2003 to 2007.
