Vidhya Lingampalli

Vidhya Lingampalli currently serves as the Deputy Manager of Customer Service and Operations at NCDEX, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this, Vidhya worked at Avanse Financial Services Ltd. as Deputy Manager of Grievances from September 2022 to January 2024. Vidhya's experience in customer service and grievance management spans several organizations, including Tata AIA Life Insurance as Senior Executive of Grievances, HDFC Life as Assistant Manager of Grievances, SBI General Insurance as Quality Analyst, and Birla Sun Life Insurance as Service Assurance Grievances. Vidhya holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai.
