Amna C.

Amna C. has extensive experience in transportation finance, beginning as an Analyst at the NC Budget and Tax Center from 2004 to 2006. They served as a Principal Fiscal Analyst on the Transportation Team at the NC General Assembly from 2006 to 2018. Currently, Amna is the Deputy Director of Strategic Initiatives and Program Support at NCDOT, a position they have held since 2018. They are a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, where they completed their education between 1991 and 1995.
