Davis Bradshaw

Davis Bradshaw has extensive experience in real estate and appraisal, currently serving as a Real Property Appraiser at the North Carolina Department of Transportation since July 2012, focusing on eminent domain appraisals and reviews across various property types. Prior to this role, Davis held positions as a Senior Real Estate Consultant at Dickinson, Lewis & Associates, LLC, and as VP Marketing / Broker at Carolina Land Acquisitions, Inc. Additionally, experience includes a background in residential real estate appraisal at Absolute Appraisal Group and production assistance for sports programming at Capitol Broadcasting - WRAL-TV. Educated at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in Political Science, Davis has also contributed as a Marketing and Legislative Director in health plan administration and as a Legislative Assistant in governmental contexts.
