Ellen Dickson

Ellen Dickson is an experienced manager in engineering application services with a notable career at the North Carolina Department of Transportation since July 2012. Currently serving as Manager of Engineering Application Services, Ellen oversees applications and content management to support the transportation life cycle. Previous roles include Manager of Engineering Content Management and Manager of Engineering Application Services at the same department, as well as SAP Project Manager at MH Consulting and Project Manager/Consultant at IBM. Ellen's background also includes leadership in SAP applications at PLM Families Together, Inc., where service as President and VP on the board of directors was demonstrated. Early career experience includes managing software development for multiple Tivoli applications at IBM Tivoli Software and fostering a partnership with SAP Germany. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Clemson University.
