Meseret Senbeta

Meseret Senbeta is a Senior Project Engineer and Pavement Contract Engineer at the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT), where responsibilities include supporting the development and delivery of the Highway Maintenance Improvement Plan and Roadway Maintenance Improvement Plan. Meseret has a background as an Engineering Specialist, focusing on assembling and reviewing plans for resurfacing projects, and previously served as a Senior Inspector. With over 18 years of experience in civil engineering, Meseret has also worked at RK&K. Meseret holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, as well as an Associate's degree in Geomatics Engineering from Guilford Technical Community College.
