Neil Perry

Neil Perry is an experienced transportation professional with significant expertise in rail planning and traffic engineering. Currently serving as Rail Planning Manager at NCDOT since March 2014, Neil has held various roles including Traffic Engineer for the City of Fayetteville, Senior Supervising Engineer at Parsons Brinckerhoff, and Project Manager at The John R. McAdams Company. Neil's foundational experience includes a decade as Senior Transportation Engineer at the North Carolina Department of Transportation. Educational achievements include a Graduate Certificate in Environmental Assessment from North Carolina State University, an MBA from Wayne State, and a BSCE in Transportation, Structures, and Economics from North Carolina State University. Additional professional development includes participation in the Operations Academy Senior Management Program and the PENC Leadership Institute.
