Lisa Day is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance and project coordination. Currently serving as the Compliance and Schedule Coordinator at NCEES since May 2014, Lisa Day excels in developing integrated work plans for efficient exam development projects and managing compliance and security-related initiatives. Prior to this, Lisa Day held multiple roles at Clemson University from March 2007 to May 2014, including Project Coordinator for Exam Publications, International Services Advisor, and Fiscal Specialist. Additionally, from July 1995 to May 2014, Lisa Day operated as a self-employed Language Therapist, specializing in tutoring individuals with dyslexia using the Orton Gillingham multisensory method. Lisa Day holds a Master of Education in College Student Counseling and Personnel Services from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from the same institution.

NCEES (the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying) is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing professional licensure for engineers and surveyors. It develops, administers, and scores the examinations used for engineering and surveying licensure in the United States. It also facilitates professional mobility and promotes uniformity of the U.S. licensure processes through services for its member licensing boards and licensees. These services include the records program, study materials, credentials evaluations, exam administration, and more. The Council’s members are the engineering and surveying licensure boards from all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
