Jodie Wade has extensive experience in education and program coordination, having served as a Teacher of English at Cramlington Learning Village from September 2015 to August 2019, fulfilling both academic and pastoral roles, while also coordinating a year group of approximately 350 students. Following this, Jodie Wade worked with the Social Mobility Foundation as the Aspiring Professionals Programme Coordinator from August 2019 to November 2020, supporting students from low-income backgrounds in accessing top universities and employers, and later as the Senior Volunteering Coordinator overseeing a large volunteer program. In September 2025, Jodie Wade held dual roles as Operational Planning Manager and Resource Manager at NCFE, focusing on ensuring that operational teams have the necessary resources for project delivery. Currently, Jodie Wade volunteers as a befriender with Wag and Company North East Friendship Dogs Ltd, helping alleviate loneliness among older individuals. Jodie Wade is also an alumnus of Newcastle University, having attended from 2014 to 2015.
