Paul Williams is currently the Senior Manager, Digital Customer Experience at NCFE since September 2020. Prior to that, Paul worked at Parkdean Resorts for over 16 years, holding various positions including Technical Program Manager, Website Development Manager, and Web Developer/Digital Marketing. Paul obtained a degree in Business Systems & Information Technology from Northumbria University and holds degrees in HND Travel & Tourism Management and BTEC Travel & Tourism from Newcastle College. Additionally, Paul completed their GCSE at Whickham Comprehensive in 1996.
