Chip Holton

Chip Holton began their work experience in 1992 as a Production Superintendent/Production Supervisor at Alcatel Telecommunications. Chip then moved on to Sunshine Mirror in 1995 and served as the General Manager until 1999. From 1999 to 2002, Chip worked at Alcatel Telecommunications again, this time as a Plant Manager/Operation Manager. Chip then joined General Electric-Plastics Div in 2003, where they served as a Branch Manager until 2005, and then as a Southeast Operations Manager until 2007. Chip then joined Jacob-Holm Industries as the Vice President of US Operations from 2007 to 2012. Finally, they joined NCFI Polyurethanes® in 2012 and held various roles including Director of Operations from 2012 to 2014 and President from 2015 onwards.

Chip Holton attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering.
