Randa McCauley

Randa McCauley has a diverse professional background spanning over two decades, with significant experience in property management and administrative roles. As a Regional Property Manager at Community Management Corporation from 2009 to 2017, Randa oversaw the operations of 12 affordable housing multi-family apartment communities, managing personnel matters for 18 staff members. Randa also served as a Senior Compliance Monitor and Team Lead in Rental Asset Management & Compliance at NCHFA from 2017 to 2025. Earlier experience includes roles as an Office Manager at Allwireless, where Randa achieved top sales performance and managed various operational tasks, and as an Administrative Assistant at both Triangle United Way and EI, Inc.
