Chamal Hakmanahewage

Chamal Hakmanahewage is a seasoned Senior Cloud Engineer currently serving at TrackMyCloud by Redington and NCINGA since May and July 2023, respectively. With a robust background in cloud services and technical support, Chamal previously held the position of Head of Implementation & Support Services at Zilingo from January 2020 to April 2023, overseeing SaaS operations and managing critical client issues. Chamal also led implementation and support at nCinga Innovations from November 2014 to January 2020, initiating training sessions and managing both local and remote support teams. The educational foundation includes a B.Sc Special (Hons) in Information Technology from SLIIT, along with studies at Cisco Networking Academy and IDM Affiliated University College, complemented by early education at St. Thomas' College, Matara.
