Devon Smith has extensive experience in project management, customer success, and healthcare services. Currently serving as Manager of Managed Services at nCino, Inc. since September 2019, Devon's focus is on ensuring the successful adoption of the nCino platform through collaboration. Prior to this role, Devon worked at Atrium Health in various capacities, including Client Service Manager, where responsibilities included managing Occupational Medicine Centers, Salesforce CRM administration, and leading wellness initiatives. Earlier experience includes positions as Associate II and Athletic Trainer at Atrium Health and Wingate University, respectively, along with a brief role as a Sales Representative at Infinite Advertising & Marketing. Devon holds a Master of Arts in Education with a focus on Sport Administration from Wingate University and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Alfred University.
