Tim Allen is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in support engineering and management. Currently serving as Associate Director of Support Engineering at nCino, Inc. since January 2016, Tim leads a global team focused on customer service and professional development while overseeing post-go live support strategies and fostering relationships within various customer-facing teams. Prior to this role, Tim founded and presided over Lilah Media from June 2013 to December 2016 and served as Director of Information Technology at Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage from July 2004 to May 2013. Tim's career began with the United States Marine Corps as a Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Defense Specialist from October 1997 to October 2001. Educationally, Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Economics from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Campbell University.
