Tracy Katz

Tracy Katz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and training within the banking sector. Currently serving as Senior Trainer and Principal Trainer at nCino, Inc. since January 2021, Tracy previously held multiple senior leadership roles at SunTrust from June 2001 to January 2021. Notable positions included Group Vice President in the Business Transformation Office, where Tracy developed a comprehensive Talent Development Program, and Group Vice President in Operational Change Management, focusing on process automation and efficiency improvements. As a Compliance Operations Manager, Tracy oversaw five operational functions and managed a $3M budget, fostering a unified and values-based culture.
