Chick Herbert

Chick Herbert serves as the Chief Experience Officer and Senior Vice President of Enterprise Organizational Development at NCMIC since June 2018. In addition to this role, Chick is an author, keynote speaker, executive coach, and consultant with Shared Strategies, LLC, co-authoring "It Begs the Question." Previous experience includes significant leadership positions at Wells Fargo Retail Services from 2012 to 2018, focusing on customer excellence and training strategies, and at Wells Fargo from 2005 to 2012, leading leadership development and global sales development initiatives. Chick's earlier roles include Vice President at Pigott, Inc., Senior Associate at CCQI, and Manufacturing Engineer at Motorola. A Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering was obtained from Iowa State University in 1989.
