David Siebert

Siebert is the Chief Executive Officer of NCMIC, a position held since 2025. From 2020 to 2025, Siebert served as President of NCMIC. Earlier at NCMIC Group, Inc., Siebert held roles including Vice President, Professional Liability Programs (2017–2018), Senior Vice President—Insurance, Assistant Vice-President, Professional Liability Programs, and Senior Litigation Consultant. Prior to joining NCMIC, Siebert worked as a Claims Adjuster at Crawford & Company from 1993 to 1995. Siebert earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.), Business Administration and Management, General, from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (1989–1993).
