Molly O'Neill

Molly O'Neill is currently the Human Resources Director at NCMIC, where they oversee HR practices and ensure alignment with business objectives. They have contributed to the organization by shaping HR functions and fostering a positive work environment. Previously, Molly worked as a Human Resources Consultant at NCMIC and held admissions counselor roles at Briar Cliff University and Simpson College. Their experience also includes serving as a Human Resources Intern at Wells Enterprises and as a Certified Barista Trainer at Starbucks. Molly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Morningside College in 2017.
