Frank Schuster

Frank Schuster is the Vice President of Program Operations and Execution at NCMS - National Center for Manufacturing Sciences, where they have previously held roles as Manager of CTMA Program Operations and Director of Program Execution. With extensive experience, Frank served as COO and Logistics/Supply Chain Consultant at Troika Solutions LLC from 2014 to 2018, and spent 24 years in the United States Marine Corps, culminating in the rank of Master Sergeant. Frank also held the position of Senior Project Architect at Jeffery A. Scott Architects, PC from 1993 to 2003 and was a Construction Project Manager at Fourmidable from 2004 to 2009. They earned a Master of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University in 2018 and a Master of Architecture from Lawrence Technological University in 1990.
