Mark Collins has nearly 40 years of experience in the machine tool industry, beginning with a four-year indentured apprenticeship at British Aerospace, where they qualified as a fully skilled Millwright. Following their initial role at BAE as a machine tool fitter, Mark joined NCMT Ltd in 1987 as a mechanical field service engineer and progressed through various positions, including Service Manager and Technical Support Engineer. Currently serving as General Manager of Service & Spares, Mark oversees the largest department in the company and utilizes their extensive product knowledge to ensure efficient customer support. They briefly held the position of After Sales Manager at Rye Machinery in 1999 before returning to NCMT, showcasing their commitment to the technology and expertise in CNC machinery.
