Nigel Irvine

Nigel Irvine is an executive and non-executive director with extensive experience in corporate finance, investment, and corporate banking. Currently serving as a non-executive director at NCMT Ltd and a board member and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at Cadarn Housing Group Limited, Nigel also leads Threshold Consulting Ltd, providing strategic and management consulting. Their past roles include directing corporate banking divisions at Santander UK and the Royal Bank of Scotland, as well as serving as regional director at Bank of Scotland, where they built teams and managed significant investments. Nigel holds a First-Class BA (Hons) in International Relations from the University of Staffordshire and is a Chartered Banker.
