Lediae Dixon has extensive experience in patient care and customer service, demonstrating a strong commitment to assisting individuals in various settings. Currently serving as a Patient Care Technician (PCT) at the Medical University of South Carolina since April 2016, Lediae provides essential support to patients and their families during challenging times. Previous roles include a Call Center Representative at both NCO and Iqor, where responsibilities encompassed handling incoming calls, managing payment arrangements, and addressing customer inquiries. Lediae's background also includes experience as a Nurses Aid at Sweet Grass Assisted Living and a PCT at We Care Home Care, focusing on daily patient needs and in-home health care services. Lediae holds an Associate’s Degree in Medical Assistance from Virginia College and a High School Diploma from Berkeley High School.
