Josh Smithey

Josh Smithey is an accomplished marketing professional with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Iowa. Currently serving as the Associate Manager of Marketing and Communications at NCODA since December 2025, Josh has a diverse background in marketing and communications roles. Previously, Josh worked as a Marketing and Communications Specialist at the Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance, a Social Media Associate at Wintrust Financial Corporation, and held positions in account management, web content, and social media across various organizations including Goosehead Insurance and the Major Arena Soccer League. Josh's career began with internships at Iowa Raptors FC and the Major Arena Soccer League, solidifying a strong foundation in marketing and communications.
