Jack Angelo has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jack has held various leadership roles in different companies and industries.
In 1996, Jack worked as a Senior Principal Consultant for IBM's Business Intelligence practice in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Jack'sresponsibilities included managing and deploying the consulting practice team's capabilities in Data Warehousing and Analytics.
From 1997 to 2002, Jack worked at Dell as a Vice President, where they played a key role in creating infrastructure for Dell to enter new markets. Jack also defined Dell's Enterprise Systems and Storage Services Strategic plan and managed Dell Technology Consulting's overall profit and loss.
In 2003, Jack co-founded Enterability, LLC, a transformative e-learning and customized skills training company. Jack commercialized EnterTech, a product developed by IC2 Institute, and presented at conferences such as the SXSW Digital Convergence Initiative Conference.
From 2003 to 2007, Jack served as the Vice President of Solutions Delivery for United Devices. Jack provided pre and post-sales support for Fortune 100 customers across various industries.
In 2007, Jack joined International Game Technology as the Vice President of Customer Services. Jack rebuilt and modernized a 350+ strong customer support organization and implemented a new Training and Professional Services organization.
From 2013 to 2015, Jack worked as the General Manager and VP of Customer Success at Virtual Bridges, where they led the restructuring and operational control of Virtual Bridges' flagship VDI product line.
In 2015, Jack joined SoftServe Inc. as the Senior Vice President of Shared Services. Jack was hired to develop a customer success consulting strategy.
In 2016, Jack became the COO and Co-Owner of VERDE Workspaces, a company that creates and supports a KVM-based enterprise-class virtual desktop infrastructure.
From 2017 to the present, Jack has been the Vice President of Global Customer Success at NComputing, a leading desktop virtualization company.
In 2019, Jack retired from their role as Principal at Little City Software, where they provided technology consulting in enterprise software and management advisory services.
Throughout their career, Jack has demonstrated expertise in enterprise software, virtualization, customer success, and management advisory services. Jack has actively worked with startups and has a track record of helping companies grow and succeed.
Jack Angelo earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Villanova University, where they studied from 1968 to 1972. Jack continued their education at the University of Pittsburgh, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from 1975 to 1977.
