Young Song

Co-Founder & CEO at NComputing

Young Song is the Co-Founder and CEO of NComputing. Young has also served as the Founder and Angel Investor of Booga Ventures, and the Chairman of Bay Area K Group (BAKG).

Young got their start in the tech industry with eMachines, Inc., which they co-founded in 1998. Under their leadership as VP of Product Marketing, the company became a major player in the PC market, with over 1 million computers sold in its first year. eMachines went public 18 months after its founding, and was later acquired by Gateway and then Acer.

In 2007, Young founded Bay Area K Group (BAKG), a Korean-American business networking and professional development organization. Young served as Chairman of BAKG for six years, during which time the organization grew to over 1,000 members.

In 2009, Young founded Booga Ventures, a private angel fund for early stage companies. To date, they have helped 7 companies raise seed funding, including OnDemandKorea.com, VoiceBox, Multibeam, AirMule, LiquidText, Chartmetic.io, and DLTO.

Young is currently Co-Founder and CEO of NComputing, a company that provides cloud-based solutions for businesses and organizations of all sizes.

Young Song received a B.S in EE from Yonsei University and is currently working in the field of electrical and electronics engineering.
