nConnect is a non-profit organization providing a business link to all school districts in Clark County.  Acting as the conduit for businesses in growing high-demand fields to connect with students across Clark County for hands-on learning experiences, career exploration, and workforce development opportunities. 

nConnect partners are providing education, engagement, and exposure to multiple career options, better equipping students to make deliberate decisions about their future career goals. 

Why nConnect?
1.	Local businesses are needed to engage with students to provide career awareness opportunities.  
2.	Involvement can start with as little as one hour and grow as opportunities align with a company’s mission. 
3.	When businesses and students connect, our community wins. Early connections between students and businesses promote community economic vitality and prosperity.  A Manufacturing Institute survey found that 65% of students said experiences are the leading influence when choosing a career path.
