Heather Knowles

Heather Knowles, CEM, has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Heather is currently working as the Director of Events at Ncontracts, where they lead a team and is responsible for strategic planning and execution of industry-related lead gen events and user conferences. Prior to this, Heather worked at NAFCU as a Conference Exhibitions Manager, Advertising and Sponsorship Sales, Conference Exhibition Manager, and Conference Exhibition Coordinator. Heather also served as the Regional Sales and Marketing Manager at KRĀ Drinks for Athletes, Inc. and worked as a Marketing & Operations Consultant at Roc City Creative. Heather gained experience as a Program Manager - Global Events at Mirror Show Management, specifically managing events for Cisco Systems, Inc. Additionally, they worked as a Custom Solutions Coordinator at Forbes Magazine, Special Events Coordinator at Rochester Fashion Week, Marketing Communications Co-op at Harris RF Communications, and Product Management Co-op at Ultralife Corporation. These positions showcase their expertise in event management, marketing, and sales.

Heather Knowles, CEM studied at the Rochester Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Their major was Business Management with a minor in International Business and a concentration in Communications. Heather also obtained additional certifications such as Certified in Exhibition Management (CEM) from the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) and completed a course on Neuroscience of Exhibitions & Events from Madison Area Technical College in 2020.
