They have directed customer success initiatives across various companies, including RealTime-CTMS Software Solutions and Owl Practice Suite, where they significantly reduced churn and improved customer satisfaction scores. Larry has a proven track record in implementing data-driven strategies and fostering cross-functional collaboration to maximize customer value. Currently, they serve as the Director of Vendor Services at Ncontracts and are pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer and Information Sciences at Georgia State University.
